Briefly describe your learning goals.

This is my first year as a Director of Technology, so my goals are to network with other tech leaders and learn the admin side of public education.

This is my first year at CUE - learning so much! Almost overwhelming but having a clear goal before starting has helped me through the white noise. I am hopeful to find as many ideas as possible to bring back to my teachers about tech and "upping our game" at our Junior High.

I am not specifically looking for tech skills and lesson ideas. I mean, am always drawn to ideas that look like fun to me, but my perspective has to be more broad, because my role is not to meet the needs of my students, it is to meet the needs of of the teachers in my district.  So, I am looking for programs and ideas-- ways to motivate teachers to want to stretch their tech muscles and lesson planning minds to meet the needs of our students.  That may mean personalized PD or digital citizenship, like it did today. Or it may mean something I haven't even considered yet.  Since this is my first time at CUE, I'm just trying to enjoy and learn from wherever I find myself this time around

The firehose is serious!

I am looking for tools to help make my PD or Professional Learning Opportunities more engaging and dynamic.  Tools that will help me model Voice, autonomy, and action in the classroom.

I want to learn three things that I can bring back to my Kinders. I want to find something I already know, used in a new way! 
I wanto encourage and help others to find a way to get connected---so the learning continues beyond CUE!

My goals this year are to learn more about augmented reality and 3D printing, classroom management of Chromebooks (not network an security management console), and focus on SAMR.

MY learning goal is to expand my PLN and to network with amazing people.
