At first I found Google Drive to be so overwhelming! It was the ability to organize files that made all the difference. My favorite feature is subfolders. The use of colors and emojis makes it even better! Being able to find my files quickly is important to me. I did know how to convert Microsoft files into Google versions, but I did not realize that I would not be able to make copies of those older files for student use.That could explain some problems I have had with assigning work in Google Classroom before.

My favorite feature of the Google Drive is the organizing of the folders.  I have taken a class on this before but I needed a refresher.  In our department, we are constantly sharing docs, which will help organize them. 
I also really like the feature of converting other files into a Google doc.

My favorite feature of Drive is the ability to organize my files in a way that is easily accessible.  The ability to use color coding, emojis and folders is great.  I love that I can easily share files to my coworkers and we have the ability to collaborate on a document and share resources.

My favorite part of the drive is being able to organize everything into folders and subfolders. Knowing that emojis push the folders to the top of the alphabetical system is good to know. I also like the ability to color code the folders. Moving forward, I am going to make my current folders in color and leave past folders grey/black. I still need time to clean up many of my undesignated files into folders.

I really like to organzie my files into folders with colors and emjois. Creating subfolders in my 4th grade folder has helped to keep everything organized. I can find what I need when I need and keep adding files to the correct places. I also didn't know there was a way to convert the microsoft word into google docs. I did change the setting so it will automatically do it now.

Google Drive 1 - Erin Sall - Reflection

My favorite feature of Drive is the ability to share with students and other teachers seamlessly. Also, it is so easy to find files with the ability to search in Drive. We work very collaboratively in my department and we are constantly sharing materials. While we each put our own spin on instruction, the shared files have been so wonderful in helping us stay aligned and hitting common benchmarks. I also really like the ability to use an emoji to shift a file to the top of a folder. That is a helpful tip to aid in organization.

I love the feature of creating folders and making them color-coded with emojis!!  It creates appealing folders and it is much easier to find the appropriate topic that I need to look in.

Drive 1

I love having google drive.  I was so disorganized before I started using google drive to organize all of my paper work.  I love being able to make large folders with subfolders inside so each year I can go back and remind myself of what is needed for a unit.  I love having the different colors and different emojis to help keep it organized as well.

Favorite features of the drive/ Lynn Yannazio

My favorite feature of the drive was being able to create a frequently used folder.  There are several shared items that I use daily and was always having to search them because I couldn't remember exactly what they were titled.  It has helped me stay organized and save time.

Favorite Drive feature

My favorite Google Drive feature was the ability to import files as a Google Doc. This is very helpful as someone who uses Google Docs but many times receives materials from colleagues that are in Word.
