I really like how you can add Emoji's to folder titles, it really helps differentiate the folders in addition to changing the color. It is much easier to spot something I am looking for.
Using the same color for folders that are related, when subfolders aren't appropriate is also very helpful.

It is so cool to organize your drive using colors and emojis. Using emojis makes it easier to find the folder you are looking for. Sometimes it can be challenging when everything looks the same!

Great tutorial!

I like the idea of being able to bring all of my past recommendations into one spot with Drive. Then to be able to keep them organized by year is great! That will be a project because I have about 15 years of them organized in Word, but I'm looking forward to it. I also liked the color coding and learning how to organize files that have been shared with me.  Very helpful!

I am really enjoying learning all these cool things, (just wanted you to know.)  My favorite features that I learned in this tutorial is selecting emojis for different folders. Now I will be able to identify folders more quickly by seeing the emojis I picked.

My favorite feature is using the colors and emojis to organize my files.
I really wish I could just delete things I know I no longer need but I don't
so at least I can put them in folders and then sub folders with some fun colors
and smiley faces   ðŸ¤©  🙃

Sharing Folders

My favorite features of Drive are the ability to share entire folders of files with colleagues. It has made working on projects and curriculum so much easier! I also love the ability to customize folder titles with colors and icons - it makes identifying and accessing folders much quicker and easier.

Drive is to organize the school year

My favorite feature is the use of drive to organize the school year. Having the folder stay at the top. Utilize the school years to organize and mastering by use of emojis.🌴

I love having an organized google drive! It is especially helpful when you can add emojis and color to the files that I access the most. There are certain shared folders that I access everyday and it is so convenient to have them right in my own drive. I frequently upload saved files but I didn't know you could automatically convert them to a google format in the settings!

Having a shared folder with a department is a great way to collaborate on units. If you have a large department it's a good way to share assignments/materials that you are working on that your coworkers could use. Managing it and keeping it organized is also important. Having folders for each unit is a great way to organize large department drives.

When sharing, I like the option of choosing between a viewer and editor.  As an editor, I have the opportunity to work together on a project with others.  At times, when compiling a database, the viewer option is appropriate when data should not be changed.

My favorite feature is the ability to organize your files. I can easily find exactly what I need. I can easily share my sub pans digitally, and collaborate with my team on projects.
