My favorite feature is creating folders and sub folders. It helps be quickly and easily find things.  I also like the feature of being able to easily share folders and files with people and create shortcuts.

I really like how google drive can be so easily organized. I have each course I teach organized by unit and within each unit I have 3 subfolders - homework assignments, homework answer keys, and notes. The notes folder I have either a pdf or video of each lesson in the unit. This organization allows me to easily find everything I need to post on the google classroom daily. I had the units color coded by courses but didn't know I could add the emojis so that is a nice touch to allow things to stand out.

Organized!

My favorite feature is the share button.  I can share files with others.  I love that I can keep myself better organized with files with color coding.

My favorite feature is the shortcut feature. Many times I do not know where I want to put a file or I want to put the same file in two different folders and the shortcut feature allows me to do this. Also, I like that you can rename files that people have shared with you without affecting the owner of that files name. Google Drive really allows multiple ways to organize files and collaborate with colleagues ~ it really has been a game changer from the old flash drives and emailing files back and forth!

I love how you can shortcut shared folders into your own folders. That way I can save something in two different places. I love Google's search power. Even if I can't remember where I stashed something, I can search for it very easily. Knowing how to use the features of Google Drive makes planning and working with coworkers easy because we can work off the same documents and in the same folders.

I love Google suite and I can't believe that we were regular hard drives and Lotus Notes when I started.

I love organizing my google drive and knowing where to go to find something. I like creating folders inside folders for more organization. I didn’t realize I could change the folder colors to organize! I also like how it tells you what the file is, document, excel sheet, pdf, etc.

Google Simplicity

I love the ease of sharing and collaborating with others. Having folders is nice but laborious to go back to old work and sort and move it all. Sometimes it is just easier to search for things in the search bar! I didn't realize you could create new items right within folders and then it would save it there, that is helpful.

Using Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc. is my favorite way to share documents and resources with other teachers on my team. It is a fast and efficient way to collaborate on classroom While making and sharing so many documents and resources, my Google Drive can often become unorganized and difficult to find things. I was happy to learn how to make subfolders in folders and using Emojis to help organize my Google Drive. Color-coding the folders will also help me keep my Google Drive organized and will be a quick way for me to find my resources.

I really love being able to share documents, folders, etc.... with anyone I am working with. It is super helpful and makes collaboration easier. Mastering these features help me to manage all my files. Gone are the days where the files live only on my hard drive. Here are the days of collaboration, easy duplication, and easy printing. I especially love how easy it is to find all of my documents. I have a filing cabinet full of black line masters that I never open!

  My favorite parts of google drive would be being able to color code folders and add emoji’s to make it easier to locate folders. I also like the ability to share folders. This is very helpful when I send papers to be copied by our copy service.

Rosanne Sanchez - Drive Reflection

My favorite feature of Drive is the ability to share folders and files.  It is a great professional feature to be able to collaborate and work as a team.  This feature has helped me professionally and personally.  
I also love how easy it is to organize folders and files.  The shortcut feature is also a great tool!  I like to be able to have my folders in my organization of my drive, but sometimes a folder needs to be somewhere else for collaboration with others, so the shortcut feature makes this possible without moving the folder from my original location.
