My favorite feature of drive is how easy it is to share with so many different people and also easily control their level of access to a document. My role is largely organizational and I am often sharing databases, meeting agendas, etc with large numbers of special ed staff. I can easily share and make sure that certain people that may accidently delete info without realizing it can only have viewer access! Mastering google drive can streamline some of the paperwork aspects of my job to free up more time to actually spend working with kids.
