Takeaway

My biggest takeaway is that I need to be more mindful of ELPS when planning my lessons in all content and be sure to incorporate reading, speaking, listening and writing.

Connection improved.

I learned that it was helpful that TEA improved the connection with ESL and TEKS in all content areas.

ELPS

My biggest take away from the video is that ELPS are meant to be integrated into the TEKS. I think all students will benefit from having a print rich environment, using language objectives to breakdown vocabulary and check for students understanding.

My Biggest Take Away

My biggest take away from the video is that ELPS need to be integrated with content. ELLs need time to practice language in a saf environment.

Take Away

My biggest take away from the video is that ELPS are meant to be integrated into the TEKS (something I always need reminding of) and that all students can benefit from ELPS, not just language learners.

My biggest takeaway is that ELPS are required to be taught and be integrated with TEK's in Content area.

One thing I took away from the video is that the ELPs are not separate from the TEKS. They are required to be taught.

My biggest take away from this is that ALL students can benefit from this not just the EL's.

It's good to keep in mind that all students will learn from these strategies.

Takeaways

My biggest takeaway was learning about the linguistic instructional alignment guide as a resource. I know it will be a great resource for activities and teacher behaviors to help support all of my English learners as well as the rest of my students.
