I took a screenshot of my Badging Profile and uploaded the image. I used the SNIPPING TOOL to capture the image and saved it to a file in my documents.

Digital badging is a customized "micro-credential" that is customized to the learner.  This process allows the learner to learn skills that are specific to their personal needs and shows the overall digital skills one possesses.  

Digital badging is a way to showcase digital skills obtained via online courses. Courses can be done at one's own pace to focus on areas of need. 

The badge system is a tutorial system. Evidence of understanding is shown through a post. It benefits the user to choose topics he/she wants to learn about on his/her time and pace. A person chooses a topics, requests access in frontline and then complete the required work and  evidence of learning.

Digital badging allows a learner to learn new concepts or skills at their own pace.  Learners have control over time, place, and pace. Participants have time to practice skills and review new material as often as they like. Learners can also focus on topics that they are interested in. 

Digital badging is method of providing professional development that is tailored to the individual learner. Learners can complete the lessons at their own pace. Within each badge, learners will learn new skills and have the ability to practice those skills to produce evidence which is then reviewed by OPCSD staff. Feedback is provided to the learner. Learners can keep track of their badges, both completed and in-progress, via the badgelist.com website. Learners can also pick and choose which badges apply to them, making the entire process very customizable to the needs and skills of each individual learner. 

Digital badging is a way to learn new skills and resources.  It is an online tool that many different people can take and benefit from.  There are multiple learning opportunites that allow the learners to work on their time.

I learned the process to request authorization to complete, how to post evidence, reflection synopsis, and how to print certificate to upload to Frontline for credit. 

Digital badging is online professional development provided by your district that allows you to learn about various technology platforms and apps at your own pace. Once you have signed in to your account you can choose the badges you would like to learn more about or refresh what you currently know. You will complete the tasks listed which include submitting evidence of your learning and writing a reflection. Once you have submitted all requirements you will receive credit for that badge in your account.

The digital badging process is a online tutorial concept focused on the learner. You can work at your own speed and time. Each badge is designed to teach one concept. It gives the learner simple tasks to master during the learning process. The materials that you submit are evaluated and the badge is earned if you have successfully completed all tasks. 

Digital Badging a way for people to learn specific skills at their own time and pace and earn credentials for being proficient in the skills. The Badge is linked to the evidence the badge-earner provides for gaining the knowledge. OPCSD is using Digital Badging as a way to teach new tech skills so we have a group of technologically proficient staff members.

Digital Badging is an online learning system that the district is using to give its staff training in various technology apps and procedures. Once you join the Digital Badge page for your organization, you simply open each badge and complete the requirements associated with that badge.  Once you complete the requirements for a badge, the district will look through your evidence and summary and award the badge.  Your profile will then contain the badges you have accrued.
