Reflection

My favorite feature is having real-time collaboration. I don't need to deal with email attachments and certain files that won't open correctly. Google Drive lets multiple users edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations simultaneously, seeing each other's changes in real-time. 

My favorite feature is the ability to collaborate with other teachers, and to easily share information.  This is such a valuablel tool to make things so effective and effecient!

My favorite feature is the ability to share my lessons and ideas with colleagues.  We are constantly sharing and informing each other and the shared drive makes everything so simple.  We also make our own copies and put our own spin on things that we can share as well.

I knew about adding shortcuts before, but because I do it seldomly, I sometimes forget how great and what a time saver it is. Our department has many folders and files in our Shared Drive and I am always looking for the same two or three to access. I have now made them shortcuts in my own Drive to cut down on searching time. Love it!

My favorite feature is being able to go to the shared drive and email shared folder members. I also feel like the activity button will be a big time saver when trying to find documents we are working on together as a department quickly. For example, concert programs. Having a shared drive is useful when working collaboratively as a department!

My favorite feature of the shared drive is the ability to easily upload, share, and access activities between colleagues. This will be much easier and more efficient way to share resources between members on my team. Another one of my favorite features is the ability to email the group members of the shared drive. This will be much easier to email members on my team. 

My favorite feature is being able to access and work off of one document. There have been many instances where there are multiple teachers teaching the same subject and to have all of the docs, lessons and resources in one place makes it much easier to collaborate and work together. After editing a doc you can also "suggest" and "comment" and again that makes it easier to work together at different times or when we are able to give feedback. So many positive aspects of the shared drive!

I really liked how to add shared drive shortcuts to my drive. It makes it easier for me to access folders that I use regularly. I also think being able to check activity within the shared folder will help productivity. It will be easier to see who did what and when they did it. It should cut down on doing double the work. 

My favorite feature of the google-shared drive is the ability to quickly share folders.  I love that is is web based so it can be done from anywhere.  Before google drive we had the shared drive but I could only access it from a school computer.  I also love how the drive has a tab that is recent it helps when I working on stuff and organizing papers as I go through the school year. 

I started organizing my google/shared drive and adding to it about a year ago and it's a life saver! This saves me a lot of time trying to find the paper copy in all of my binders. I did learn that you can search for drives by typing it in the search button. This also saves time!
