My interest in GoGuardian leans somewhat more toward using it to interact with students digitally while they are working independently vs. using it to police their web browsing. I teach mostly juniors and seniors, and for the most part, they need less policing during independent work than underclass students. However, when students are working independently on writing, research, or other projects, it may be useful to communicate with them about what they're doing. This might range from showing them websites I've found that may help them individually, chatting with them in a way that isn't disruptive to their classmates, or showing them how to use specific technology.
