It sure is a lot of helpful information 

Learning how to use every feature on the iPad is a very important skill to learn. There were several applications that I had no idea how to navigate. It is important to learn these skills because students need to have multiple ways to communicate their thoughts and work. By providing them with several different options, it makes it more inclusive to all types of learners. It is important as educators to know how to navigate our technology so we can provide our students with the all the information they need to be successful. 

I think gaining my Apple Teacher badge is an important step to accessing and using technology in the class. In order to implement the use of an iPad or other forms of technology, we as educators must understand the foundations of it first. This will allow us to use technology with a purpose and be able to utilize it in a way that students can learn from it or with it. Additionally, having this badge can help the school and your fellow educators as you can share information with them as well.

In my future classroom, I want to be a teacher who knows how to use the technology. If I am in a school that uses Apple products, it is important for me to know how to use the Apple apps such as Pages, Keynote, etc. I can use these apps in my classroom by asking students to create different projects using these apps; I can also provide tutorials on how to use them with the knowledge I have learned from becoming an Apple Teacher. I will create learning opportunities that allow students to use technology because we do live in an ever growing technology centered society. 

I     believe that the apple teacher training was very useful because it refreshed me and taught me new things about the technology that I    will use everyday in the classroom as a teacher, and I    will expect my students to use as well. It is important to stay up to date with the constantly changing technology so that you can make sure you are giving your children all of the available opportunities to succeed and learn. This professional development meets the ISTE educator standard 1.a. Set professional learning goals to explore and apply pedagogical approaches made possible by technology and reflect on their effectiveness.

I think earning these badges showed me how many different apps there are on the ipad that I could use in my class room. For example, the Numbers app is something I probably would not have explored on my own but it could probably be very useful in a math class. I think that most of what I had to do in high school was limited to power point presentations but its clear that there is much more we can do. Even within a power point or something like keynote, we can be much more creative in presenting information. This can engage students on another level and help them feel more personally invested in the material.

I learned a lot and it was really helpful. 

I believe that is it relevant to my future classroom if I am in a district that uses apple technology. I knew how to do most of these things before but this has definitely showed me a little more in-depth training of these apps. I would definitely call myself "proficient" with them. As teachers we are given new technology to work with everyday and it is important we learn how to use it so that it can actually befit our students. 

This was very eye opening for me, I have used an iPad for a few things over the years but literally had no idea about how much I could do with it. The apple teacher program showed me so much about apps that I can honestly say I had never even opened before. I foresee myself using many of the apps for scheduling, planning lessons, and hopefully implementing tech into my future lesson plans. 
I choose designer for my ISTE standard specifically excuses I can see using the apps to design different lessons, or having students use the various apps to design and turn in projects.

This Apple Teacher badge is very useful for my future classroom. I am now confident in designing presentations and activities for my students through pages, keynote, numbers, imovie, and the iPad itself. I am able to show students how they can create their own work through these platforms and they are able to have the freedom to create how they want. This is a great thing to know in order to incorporate creativity within the classroom. There are so many different apps to use and personalization aspects within those apps that the students will always create something unique to them. I am also confident in presenting lessons in different ways rather than just have a slideshow presentation every day. This is a great tool to know and use within the class everyday. 

I will use the apple teacher certification to help me create assignments for my students. Since I now have a better understanding of these certain apple apps, I am able to show my students how to use the technology and guide them out of their comfort zone with it. They will be able to work with new programs and tools within the programs such as the magic move tool in keynote. The ISTE standard that this achievement goes along with is 5b that says " Design authentic learning activities that align with content area standards and use digital tools and resources to maximize active, deep learning." This will help me create assignments that allow for content to align with technology and create a fun way for the students to engage with the material. 

This badge had us take multiple quizzes to show our understanding of various Apple programs on the iPad. The questions in these quizzes attempted to present hypothetical scenarios wherein this knowledge is useful for the classroom. They showed uses for the iPad in all subjects, and especially in projects both visual and audible. I do think that this is true, but only if such technology is available to our students, which is not guaranteed.
