I picked the collaborator standard because this website allows teachers to work together and share resources for lessons and activities that have used in their classroom. I think this is so beneficial for teachers to use this source.

This website can help teachers continue to be learners. When I was looking around at lesson plans on the site, I was learning things from other teachers and how they taught. I could see myself using this site in the future to continue learning form other educators.

OER Commons is a great way for educators to share resources with each other. I chose to place this under collaborator because it is a way for educators to improve their practice and find ways to improve the lessons that they present to their class. These are great tools for future and current teachers!

I chose collaborator because this allows teachers to bounce lesson plans ideas off of one another. Teachers are encouraged to share and try out each others ideas in their lessons.
