Educators dedicate time to collaborate with both colleagues and students to improve practice, discover and share resources and ideas, and solve problems.
I chose collaborator because this allows teachers to bounce lesson plans ideas off of one another. Teachers are encouraged to share and try out each others ideas in their lessons.
