I taught Lauren Presser how to use TEAMS for taking attendance easier because there is a way to make "all" the students attendance the same

I helped walk her through how to make all students have the same remote code at once and then only have to go back through and change the absent students.

I taught my daughter

I taught my daughter how to use Screencastify!!  As an inspiring Youtuber, I figured this would be a great asset to her and being able to perform task virtually.

Taught Teachers Canvas

I led a PLC last year on how to set up Canvas to start using in a classroom for teachers who wanted to start learning how to change from another platform to Canvas.  I showed them how to create an account and set it up so that students could join and add all their content to Canvas.

I taught my Wife about Google Classroom

My wife is a new teacher this year and does not know much about the applications that she can use to help her teacher remotely.  I showed her the google applications and specifically the google classroom application.   I explained how she could assign work to the students and how she can either have them work collaboratively or individually.  I also showed her how she could use google classroom to email all of her students at one time.

ELA team

I taught them how to screen share on Google Meet when we were meeting remotely.  We actually each took a turn sharing our screens to improve our ability to collaborate.

I helped my coworker set up her Google Classrooms

After learning from another teacher, I helped my teammate/coworker set up her google classrooms while on Zoom. I showed her my screen, where I went, and how to add/link assignments for her students to access.

Taught a friend Flipgrid

I taught one of my friends how to use Flipgrid for an out of the classroom experience. She was looking for a way for her mom to be able to post read aloud for a friend with who has trouble reading with her eyes. I introduced her to the app and showed her how easy it is to use and she shared with her mom.

i taught my husband how to use Zoom.

I taught my husband to use Zoom.  He was looking for a way to share book readings with our grandchildren to watch at their own pace.  He used it to record himself reading their favorite stories while sharing the book pages with them.

Campus Go-To Classroom & Distance Support

I taught a few teachers how to organize their Google Classrooms using Topics, assign work to students and view both in Classroom or the folder auto-created in Google Drive, and how to save time by reposting assignments from previous classes.  These  "trainings" were completed over the phone, through Google Meet, and with videos I created to show the views for both teachers and students.  I also created videos for parents to show what the student side of Classroom looks like.  This helped with both accessing and turning in the work as parents knew what to look for!
