Session: Xtreme Reading Overview including the use of Micro-Credentials - Janet Attallah, Bonnie Palasak

All of the sessions at the conference have been beneficial. The Xtreme Reading Overview was very informative. The energy of the presenters was engaging. I was informed and given lots of resources to assist in teaching the Xtreme Reading Program as well as how to pursue earning a badge to be an Xtreme Reading Professional Developer.

Maneuvering the Micro-credentialing Process

The Maneuvering the Micro-credentialing Process session was very informative. The process was clearly explained, and we had the opportunity to start a badge ourselves. It will take some time for me to figure this out and use, but this was a good start, and I know where to get assistance going forward. I plan to offer this process to the teachers at my school who I have trained and will be training in August.

I have attended several sessions, including the keynotes from 7/13 and 7/14 and several sessions. All have been very informative!

I have learned new information about virtual coaching, embedding SIM in my university setting, and about the history of CER research, to name a few. All have been very beneficial!
