Relationship: Using targeted language, teachers can clearly determine student growth
The frame can be used to support teachers in writing MAGs. I tend to not encourage teachers to cherry-pick from a targeted list when developing goal, although the frame is an excellent guide when developing a MAG and supporting students in the workplace.

During work time, Student will alphabetically sort mail, increasing from a baseline of 50% accuracy to 70% accuracy on 3:4 biweekly trials.
