Susie is a 7 year old female who is very active. She has a hard time concentrating in school and often has trouble sitting still. She loves to drink kool-aid and eat cosmic brownies. What changes in her diet could impact her well-being? How?

All posted evidence

Susie needs ah high protein diet and to drink more water to help concentration and improve her body. Sugar and juice is good for her body.

.Susie could try to avoid sugar, processed junk and foods with preservatives such as sodas, fries donuts. she could also eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and drink water. Eating these kinds of foods in the morning and for after-school snacks, and also drinking a lot of water. It can help improve concentration and she'll be healthy.

She is on sweets and that's what she's used to she could lay off all that and eat and drink healthier.

Well all she’s drinking and eating is sugary stuff that will make you hyper and not wanting to sit still. What Susie needs to do is lay off all the sweets that she gets a hold of and focus on healthy meals to where she can balance her diet out instead of eating and drinking sweets all day.

Susie should eat and drink healthier things since she is young and active.

A regular, active 7 year old should eat things such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, calcium, iron, folate, fiber, vitamin a, and vitamin c.

Susie needs a healthier diet.

Keep plenty of fruit, vegetables, and healthy beverages like water, milk, fruit juice on hand so kids avoid unhealthy snacks like soda, chips, and cookies. Limit portion sizes. Don't insist your child cleans the plate, and never use food as a reward or bribe.

Susie consumes too much foods that only hurt her instead of boosting her in both areas (activities and school)

Susie could try to not consume as much sugar as she does, maybe try and eat better foods that will continue to help her activities but also not have her hyper in school. I would recommend eating healthy snacks and hearty foods that would help her in both areas.

Susie eats too much food that can harm her body in the long run.

Children aged 7 to 10 years old need lots of energy and nutrients because they're still growing. Susie can make her diet better by lessening the amount of sugar she consumes. Instead of eating brownies and drinking kool-aid, she could consume more nutritious food. She should have at least 5 portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables every day, meals based on starchy foods, such as potatoes, bread, pasta and rice, some milk and dairy products or alternatives, and some foods that are good sources of protein, such as meat, fish, eggs, and beans.

Susie can make quiet a few changes in her diet to impact her well-being.

Susie can change her diet by eating less sugar and eating more nutritious foods. Instead of eating brownies and drinking kool-aid all of the time, Susie can eat something like ham and cheese sandwiches, fruits and vegetables, and drinking lots of water and/or a glass of milk a day. Changing her diet and consuming less sugar can enhance her concentration, speed her cognitive function, and cause her to be able to control herself and be able to sit still.
