Susie can change her diet by eating less sugar and eating more nutritious foods. Instead of eating brownies and drinking kool-aid all of the time, Susie can eat something like ham and cheese sandwiches, fruits and vegetables, and drinking lots of water and/or a glass of milk a day. Changing her diet and consuming less sugar can enhance her concentration, speed her cognitive function, and cause her to be able to control herself and be able to sit still.
