With these presentation apps, it makes a teachers job of modifying and accommodating much simpler. For students who need to review or hear lesson again, I could easily record and save the lesson via a presentation app for them to view. I can also allow parents to view these presentations by saving them to seesaw or another medium of sharing.

As a teacher it is important to be advocate for students and empower them, which means incorporating their culture and backgrounds into the classroom. Secondly, teachers will not have all the answers, but it is important to do research so when the discussion of race does come up you are able to communicate most appropriately. The research can also continue after discussion.
