My stressor is not having child care while I am here at work. The way that I deal with it is by prayer and the problem works itself out.

Resilience is an adaptive response to stress and includes me accepting that covid 19 has changed our lives as we used to know it.  I will then adapt to the new things that we now have to use to teach and embrace the growth that comes with adaptivity.  I will ask questions and help others as I begin to understand more of the process.
