Digital badges are a validated indicator of accomplishment, skill, quality or interest that can be earned in various environments.

Digital Badges

Digital Badges are used to create smaller goals of professional learning for someone to accomplish. Each badge requires pieces of evidence documenting the goals be posted and evaluated. If goals were met an image is provided as a symbol of that accomplishment. The symbol or image is the digital badge which can be displayed in email signature or on webpage.

A digital badge is a digital sticker that you would receive for accomplishing a series of tasks or requirements determined by the author.

A digital badge is a digital sticker that you would receive for accomplishing a series of tasks or requirements determined by the author. The badge itself is just the visual aid that represents that you completed a series of requirements pre-determined by the admin of the badge.
