What skills did the digital center address?
Using the digital centers deepens students understanding of the math content you are teaching them during the lessons. It gives the students the opportunity to practice these skills on their own with corrective feedback during the lesson.
How might you incorporate this center into your math block/parts of your day?
In Kindergarten we do centers each day; most of the time they are hands on centers with various math manipulatives. I can use these digital centers in place of the hands on centers on their ipads, 2-3 times of week during center time to deepen students understanding on a specific math content. I can also assign different centers to different students based on their academic needs.
