Where is AI being used around the house and work?
AI is being used in things we use daily, like maps, music, siri or Alexa.
Describe an example of when you used/witnessed someone else use AI? (Alexa, Siri, etc)
My husband sells things on eBay and uses chatGPT to help save time writing descriptions for the things he is selling. I've also used siri, or alexa to help with things like setting timers or finding quick answers to questions.
How, if at all, has this impacted your life?
I have yet to dive deep into all the things AI can do however the things that I have used it for have made things more convenient for me. I am very excited after watching this video to start to use it more in my classroom to help cut down on the time I spend on tasks outside of the school day. I think chatGPT can be a great starting point to draft parent emails, newsletters, and even possible help enhance lessons to make them more engaging!
