I decided to use Chat GPT to search for a lesson plan for my 10th grade students on the effects of the Treaty of Versailles.  The initial results led me to a lesson plan for a 90 minute + block period and even included an extension homework activity.  It required students to role play as Allied and Central powers and even neutral nations.  I revised my next search to shorten this lesson to a 40 minute period.  Next, I asked Chat GPT to suggest some short videos to use as an anticipatory set.  I even asked what political cartoons I could use in our class discussion.  While specific titles or cartoons were not given, I did get results that suggested certain themes and key people to be on the look-out for.  Lastly, I asked Chat GPT to put the effects of the Treaty of Versailles in a table.  The simplicity of the table (see attachment) was very good and would be fairly easy for students to analyze and further discuss in class.
