Although the thought of AI & change in general can be scary, the use of AI in industries and our everyday lives will continue to grow.  It is not going away.  New technology and inventions have resulted in individuals being able to complete tasks more efficiently and in a shorter amount of time. I can foresee AI being used in a wider variety of fields.  I continue to think back to the crazy statistic in a previous SH Badge course.  It was mentioned that approx. 80% of the jobs kindergartners will later hold in life are not even in existence yet.  This is all new territory for us to charter. I'm sure there will be many people who do not want to change or incorporate these new resources, but hopefully there are more benefits than setbacks to using AI.

We are only beginning to touch on the ways educators and students can use AI. It was mentioned that AI can help educators to make old lessons in a new creative way, find images and even incorporate best practices.  However in the future, it may become part of our job as educators to incorporate digitial citizenship skills and safety that include the use of AI.
