I chose the "designer" standard because oercommons.org is a resource where teachers may post their own lessons that they have either created themselves or been allowed to steal and morph. This technique allows for collaboration and shared ideas. By being provided a foundation for a solid lesson, this gives teachers the possibility of altering any lesson for their specific students and classroom. Because of this amazing tool, stagnant lessons will be reduced and curriculum will become fresh! No more bored teachers!
