I had the opportunity to instruct 2 new teachers this year. These teachers were substitutes who were goingto become leave replacements for teachers taking a leave of absence. I utilized the materials provided by our consultant. the teachers were very receptive. Consultations and modeling were used as follow up to theinitial training.
