I guided another instructor in the strategy in it's entirety. I have a new roommate that is a special ed teacher, and she is implementing the program with her small group ELA class. I have guided her through the entire program this first semester.

Instruct a Teacher

I had the opportunity to instruct 2 new teachers this year.  These teachers were substitutes who were goingto become leave replacements for teachers taking a leave of absence.  I utilized the materials provided by our consultant.  the teachers were very receptive.  Consultations and modeling were used as follow up to theinitial training.
