The conference keynote was so interesting and enlightening. Two pieces of information particularly stood out for me:
- Out of 10724 candidates who applied to be teachers in 2020, only 7% were selected.
- There is no formal teacher evaluation process; the principal of a school will know what the teachers are doing and will guide if needed. Everything is based on trust.
