February 9, 2018:  Reminder from Dr. Graham that the second SIM Badge is due.  I explained about inclement weather, etc. and the due date was extended to March 15, 2018.
February 23, 2018:  I contacted Dr. Graham regarding possible draft suggestions. I would like to use this for Social Skills but determined that Reading would be easier due to my daily schedule.
March 5, 2018:  I submitted a draft to Dr. Graham for review. She offered suggestions as well as provided me electronic forms of the frames.
March 15:  I submitted my final Frame to Badge.  Dr. Graham will review when she returns from out of town training.
March 19:  Dr. Graham reviewed my frame and made suggestions.
March 22:  I corrected frame and updated the one posted.

I like the framing routine. I agree that it makes finding the main idea of given topics easier for students to find.  This helps with comprehension and generalization of information. The first frame I used was too difficult for my students to use the first time. I changed to a more simple frame and the lesson went more smoothly. However, I would like to continue with the process so that my students can use for detailed frames as they comprehend the concept of "framing".  This concept is like many others in that, if used often and correctly, the results will follow.
