Discussing the word IMPACT in pairs and sharing out how this word related to our work in P2G - I think that gave everyone a greater sense of what their role was in the work.
What was a challenge - Why?
I think the extension pieces was the most challenging b/c they have not really begun coaching yet - it's early in our process. However, we tweeked it a bit and talked about ourselves as coaches and watching our videos to reflect on identify, learn and improve.
What you will do next time?
Next time, I will pre-populate the frame with text boxes to make it easier and more time efficient for typing as they are talking and offering responses - picky thing, I know, but that was a challenge and a mis-step.
What adjustments you made?
Adding in for this audience to think about the frame in two ways - how it helps them learn the content, as well as think about students they are working with in P2G and thinking about if this routine would help support them in their learning.
