Digital Badging promotes individualized learning in an online community through tutorials, videos, and other activities. Rather than through "seated" courses, professional development hours for staff members can be earned via Digital Badging on topics such as Google Classroom, GoGuardian, Seesaw, etc. Badges on such topics can be earned at the learner's own pace and on their own time - when it is most convenient. There are also levels within Badges depending on the users' desired proficiency in that specific topic.
