Digital badging offers personalized learning to a community of learners as an alternative to in-person, synchronous learning. Teachers enroll in a badge of their choice, learn about a focused topic, and complete practice work. This work is submitted with a reflection for review. Users request feedback and after approval, they will receive a certificate to post in MLP. Digital badging is an intuitive, user-focused opportunity for teachers and staff to improve specific instructional technology skills.
