After reviewing this lesson, I am planning to add a shared drive with whoever takes over my AP GOV classes when I retire in June. Rather than put everything on a thumb drive, I can easily move the docs to a shared drive which will make one of my colleagues very happy! I also didn't realize how many shared docs I had on my personal drive but after I pulled them up, I was amazed. I refiled some of them in subfolders where I needed them. This would be a great idea for an IL to use for department documents also!
