My favorite feature about the Google Workspace Shared Drive is how easy it is to organize and access shared files/folders. The shortcut feature makes it organizing my Drive so simple. My department loves to collaborate, and we use Shared Drives all the time. Knowing how to organize the many files we share and being able to shortcut directly to those files will streamline communication and productivity in a snap. I also love the color coding feature. Being able to color code all of my folders in my Drive will also help draw my eye directly to the files that I need. This Digital Badge is so helpful to me!
