Susie is young, she still has a lot of time to grow and mature. Starting young with a healthy diet can help your child in the long run. Kool aid and brownies have a lot of sugar which can lead to diabetes and obesity. The sugar could be making her hyper to an extent. Hyperness in younger children is common not always hand in hand with amounts of sugar intake. I suggest that instead of kool-aid give her powerade or gatorade, its healthier of an options and includes electrolytes which is really good for younger children. Instead of letting her consume brownies all the time make them for special occasions or make them when shes accomplished something. If you notice signs of obesity or diabetes put more fruits and veggies, meat, fish, dairy, and limit intake of sugar and high carbs. I suggest changing her diet to high protein diet beans, meat, nuts, seafood etc.
