Susie could have an easier time concentrating and sitting still if she eats and drinks foods that will not give her a sugar rush. Since she is active, she needs to eat calorie rich foods that are healthy. Foods that have a lot of protein are good for her because they will help build her muscles. Substitutes for her snacks would be fruit. The kool aid and cosmic brownies were a form of unhealthy carbohydrates, while fruit have natural, healthy sugars.
