Relationship skills are how we engage with others. It is how we communicate effectively and build positive and healthy relationships. I think it is important to model these skills in the classroom. If I show my students how to communicate effectively with others they will learn to do the same. I believe in building strong positive relationships with my students to be able to connect with them in our learning environment. Within the classroom, we build those positive relationships when working on classwork with each other daily.
