I feel like this is always a work in progress, in the elementary schools. Communicating properly, building relationships, resolving conflicts, seeking help and helping when needed are constantly being addressed. I think teachers, counselors and admins are always modeling these behaviors, doing small group scenarios, and stopping to address these issues during teachable moments.
