I think that our district over the last few years had been
lacking a lot of communication from the upper administration. It caused a lot
of frustration amongst the instructional and non-instructional staff members.
The morale of the teachers and other staff changed. We were feeling heavily
undervalued. However, over the past year or so, we have seen a shift. We’ve
seen happily new additions. Additions that SEE US! Value what we do daily and
are adamant about keeping us informed and communicating what is happening
within the district and welcoming conversations!
