After reading this article, I cannot believe how there are people who think global warming is a hoax. Fairly recently, Fresno was ranked number one on California's pollution list. In the article, the scholar stated that motor vehicles are the most common air pollutants. These pollutants such as carbon dioxide emissions cause many adverse health effects. If these pollutants are not controlled, they can cause cancer and other leading diseases or even death. This scholar does an excellent job in discussing some of the leading causes of air pollution. To address the opposing side, the scholar addressed that air pollution could also be caused by natural disasters. However, due to these pollutants are in the environment, causes such as motor vehicles are still to blame.
