In this article it talks about how the green house gases have affected the population within warmer climate regions. In those areas the mortality rate has risen increasingly and will keep rising through the years unless action is taken following the Paris Agreement. However studies have also shown that in colder climate regions like Northern Europe the Green house gases haven't really affected much and it seems that way for most of the colder regions through out the world.
