My favorite would be the Phishing information as I feel these have most certainly made me more vigilant. At times I will look too much into things that aren't Phishing emails, yet there was one that came through from MSD and I was determined it just wasn't right. I called the person at MSD to see if it was for real and she said "NO, it is a Phish, delete it". How cool was that? Not that someone tried to Phish, but that I didn't just go into the email and start clicking on links because it DID look legit!
