Tell what app or tool you used

I used Canva for the image. It was really easy to manipulate the image and text, so long as I stayed simple.

I used Canva to make this graphic because I haven’t been great with it before. I feel like I got a lot better at using it, but I’m still not a huge fan. I honestly still prefer using Publisher, because it’s easier to change sizes and find free clip art. I keep getting better at Canva, and I like that it’s free and online, which are two big positives for a classroom, but it would take some direction for students to be able to use it to do what they want. It also seems like it might not have been the best tool for this project, since it works better for simple graphics.

The tool I used to create my graphic was Google Slides. I liked using it because it can be done on an iPad and is super easy to use. I think Google Slides is could be used in an early childhood setting because of how simple it is to use. 

I used the App MeMatic and I had never used it before. I really liked it because it was so simple and it gave me quite a few pictures to choose from. It also gave me like six or seven lay outs for my memes which was really nice because I know sometime the wording needs different layouts. 

This app was pretty easy to use and it has an online component which I like. With some templates, you have to pay in order to download a version that doesn't have the Canva watermark, but the fee isn't that high. I think this could be a worthwhile tool for teachers.

I used Canva to create my poster. I liked using this app because I could choose from a variety of layouts and edit them to create my own poster. I also liked how they had free pictures we could use so we did not have to search the web. It was also easy to save y poster right to my photos.
