ISTE Standards

Designer- 5b: “Design authentic learning activities that align with content area standards and use digital tools and resources to maximize active, deep learning.” The authentic part of the standard is important, because writing should not be copied or reproduced. Original ideas will promote deeper understanding in the classroom.

Analyst- 7a: “Provide alternative ways for students to demonstrate competency and reflect on their learning using technology.” The teacher should provide multiple ways of integrating technology to allow the classroom to be diverse.  The more ways a teacher describes something, the better students will be able to grasp concepts in technology.
