During this workshop we learned how to incorporate science in the classroom in fun ways that engage and interest students. We learned about space and the characteristics of planets in our solar system. In the classroom this would be a great activity to promote collaborative learning and spark students curiosity. The activity was hands on and used materials provided by NASA that we were able to take home to use in our future classrooms. The activity allowed us to think, predict, and analyze aspects of space.
