I could see myself using webinars
as a future teacher for personal development. The one I did allowed the
participants to answer polls, and they also carved out a time to answer
questions that people had. It creates an interesting environment. A webinar
would be a great way to learn new things without having the time constraint of
driving to an actual place to learn about different subjects. I really enjoyed
learning about the action plan to deal with Hate and Bias. It is a concept that
will be important in a future classroom. I will make sure to create a plan to ensure
my students get to learn in a safe environment.
