Hello! My name is Sarah Farrelman. I teach 8th grade English at Martha Brown Middle School. I love teaching, especially making personal connections with my students over the content that I teach. I see as a barrier to students becoming content producers in that some students are not used to applying that skill. They have been accustomed to receiving the content and showing they understand it by completing formative and summative, traditional, assessments. I look forward to seeing how I can help my students become content producers as a way to help keep my students actively engaged in their learning process.
