Students can extend what they learn in this lesson by how they can practice and apply what they have learned. As the teacher, I can extend their learning with finding other books that students can apply their knowledge of the standard. I can also refer to other platform like Seesaw to create my own activities, and from there I can differentiate between students but in the end they are still practicing the same skill that they can apply when reading on their own.
