Locate 3 online tools that can be used for formative and/or summative assessment in the classroom
Google forms- Google forms is mostly used for surveys, but it can be used to give quizzes or tests much like canvas and their quizzes. Google forms is easy to use and widely accessible, but does not have much in terms of making the quiz look appealing to the eye.
Kahoot- Kahoot is a web based quiz tool that teachers can use to create their own quizzes or use others crated by different users. Kahoot is free to all and has an easy to use website, but also has a paid version that unlocks many different tools teachers might want to use but wouldn't have access to.
Quizlet- Quizlet is another web based app that students can use to learn and test themselves. Quizlet offers a learn feature that allows students to study before they take a test, but it does also have a lot of features locked behind a paywall for both the teacher and the student.
