This standard was used because now I feel equppied to facilitate new technological information.

Designer & Facilitator

5a: Use technology to create, adapt and personalize learning experiences that foster independent learning and accommodate learner differences and need
6b: Manage the use of technology and student learning strategies in digital platforms, virtual environments, hands-on makerspaces or in the field.

Because I am now more advanced in my knowledge over the different applications that you can use on the iPads, I can provide more opportunities to explore and share their learning using the same technology.

Earning my Apple Teacher badges has educated me on how to "use technology to create, adapt, and personalize learning experiences" for my students through the various iPad apps.

Facilitator

As a facilitator and a new Apple teacher, I have learned the ins and outs of the tools that Apple provides and therefore am able to pass that knowledge to my students, helping them learn with the help of technology.
